What should I do if a product is faulty?
If a product has been bought in store:
Please turn to your nearest Sportland, where you can fill out a defective product return application and file your complaint. The returned item will be inspected and the store will inform you within 15 days of the possible solution to your complaint.
If a product has been bought through our store:
Faulty products are returned to the central warehouse. Faults must be indicated and described on the return form (if you don’t have a return form, you can write the information on a blank sheet of paper in freeform). You must include your order number, contact details, and bank account number. To return a package for free, write to klienditeenindus@sportland.ee and you will be sent a package label and instructions for returning the package.
