How can I return the order?

  • Returning if products have been ordered to the Omniva parcel machine: you can find returning code from the Omniva's email or the SMS what have been sent. With this returning code, you can return the products free of charge from from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. Add the address card on the returned package. Select "return package" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the package to the parcel machine box. The courier will add the return address card to the package when package will be picked.
  • Returning if the products have been ordered by Omniva courier or there is no return code: If you don't receive a return code with a parcel notice, you can return the package with the original package code from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. Add the address card on the returned package. Select ""return package"" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the package to the parchel machine box. The courier will add the return address card to the package when package will be picked.
  • Returning if products have been ordered via DPD: To return the package, affix the DPD return label that came with the package. Then find the nearest DPD parcel machine and select "Send parcel" on the screen and then "Send pre-formatted parcel". Scan the barcode on the package label and select the size of the package. Put the package into the cupboard, close the door and confirm the delivery of the package.
