How can I return the order?
Returning Products Ordered from Asunto Oy:
If you need to return products that have been ordered from Asunto Oy, please follow the instructions based on the specific delivery method:
- Returning Products from Omniva Parcel Machine:
- Find the returning code from the email or SMS sent by Omniva. This code is necessary for the return process.
- Take the products you wish to return to any Omniva parcel machine or post office.
- Add the address card provided onto the package you are returning.
- At the parcel machine screen, select "return package," enter the return code, and place the package in the designated box.
- When the package is collected by the courier, they will add the return address card to it.
- The return is free of charge.
- Returning Products Ordered by Omniva Courier or No Return Code Received:
- If you did not receive a return code with the parcel notice, you can still return the package using the original package code.
- Take the package to any Omniva parcel machine or post office.
- Add the address card provided onto the package.
- At the parcel machine screen, select "return package," enter the original package code, and place the package in the appropriate box.
- The courier will add the return address card to the package when it is collected.
- Please note that the return may incur charges depending on the specific circumstances.
- Returning Products Ordered via DPD:
- Affix the DPD return label that came with the package onto the package you wish to return.
- Locate the nearest DPD parcel machine.
- On the parcel machine screen, select "Send parcel" followed by "Send pre-formatted parcel."
- Scan the barcode on the package label and select the package size.
- Place the package into the designated cupboard, close the door, and confirm the delivery.
